 *Moon Dancers Oysters Maine

 Half dozen oysters on half shell Briny start with a sweet aftertaste served with cocktail sauce and horseradish.

 Zucchini Blossom 

Fresh local grown zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta pesto cheese, sautéed and topped with  lemon pesto and chopped tomatoes. 

Burrata Affumicata

 Whole Burrata served with pesto sauce, red and yellow beets , kalamata olives, basil, and pine nuts. Topped with a 10 year aged balsamic vinegar smoked with mesquite smoke. 

Entrée: 

Short Rib Ravioli

 Jumbo Ravioli stuffed with beef short rib and ricotta. Served in a short rib ragu sauce topped with shaved Parmigiano. 

Pollo ai Funghi e Pepe 

Frenched chicken breast roasted and topped with Peppers, mushrooms, onions in a Marsala tomato sauce served with spinach and potatoes. 

Stinco D'Agnello

 Lamb shank braised and baked in a white wine sauce with onions and potatoes served over risotto Milanese and mixed vegetable. 

 Branzino Filet 

De boned Branzino grilled and topped with a lemon caper sauce served with green beans and potatoes.  

Opah (Moonfish) 

Pan seared opah fish from California topped with lemon caper sauce with baby red tomatoes served with risotto Milanese and Brussels sprout medley.

 Whole Lobster Wheel 

Whole 1.5lb  lobster served with egg tagliatelle pasta in a pink vodka sauce served table side in a flaming Parmigiano wheel.
