*Costatine D'Agnello Rosemarino
Australian lamb chops. Grilled and baked in a rosemary garlic olive oil topped with a caper lemon rosemary sauce. Served with roasted potatoes, sautéed red onions, Brussels sprouts and spinach.
*Duetto Medaglioni (Surf & Turf)
Filet medaglions grilled to perfection, topped with a truffle mushroom cream sauce, and lobster tail topped with a butter sauce. Served with brussel sprouts, onions, mushrooms, spinach and potatoes.
Osso Buco di Maiale
Berkshire pork shank braised in a white wine Marsala sauce with potatoes, carrots and onions. Served with risotto Milanese and Broccolini.
Rockfish ai Funghi
Pan seared Rockfish filet topped with a mushroom red onion lemon cream sauce. Served with roasted cherry tomatoes, spinach, and potatoes.
