     *Moon Dancers Oysters Maine

     Half dozen oysters on half shell Briny start with a sweet aftertaste served with cocktail sauce and horseradish. 

     Insalata con Stracciatella e Barbabetole

     Yellow and red beets with red onions, mixed greens, Stracciatella cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette. 

    Entrée:

     Short Rib Ravioli

     Jumbo Ravioli stuffed with beef short rib and ricotta. Served in a short rib ragu sauce topped with shaved Parmigiano. 

     *Costatine D'Agnello Rosemarino

       Australian lamb chops. Grilled and baked in a rosemary garlic olive oil topped with a caper lemon rosemary sauce. Served with roasted potatoes, sautéed red onions,  Brussels sprouts and spinach. 

     Risotto con Agnello e Salsiccia

     Acquarello rice in a white wine sauce with 2 lamb chops and sausage in a wine butter sauce and broccolini. 

     Dover Sole con Capperi 

    Pan seared de boned Dover sole topped with a lemon caper butter sauce served with spinach and roasted potatoes.
