Burrata served with grilled sliced peaches, heirloom tomatoes and Prosciutto di Parma topped with basil, olive oil and balsamic reduction. 

 Sachetti di Pera 

Pouch shaped pasta stuffed with pears, gorgonzola, and ricotta cheese, served with a gorgonzola cream sauce and chopped tomatoes. 

 Entrée:

 Conchiglie di Mare 

Stuffed shells with crabmeat, shrimp, salmon, scallops with ricotta chopped tomatoes and cheese baked and topped with a light cream sauce. 

 Pollo Fritto con Funghi Trifolate

 Sous vide and fried  half chicken. Served with risotto ai funghi, accompanied by Brussels sprouts, red onions, spinach and mushrooms. 

 *Costatine D'Agnello Rosemarino

   Australian lamb chops. Grilled and baked in a rosemary garlic olive oil topped with a caper lemon rosemary sauce. Served with roasted  potatoes, sautéed red onions, Brussels sprouts and spinach. 

 Halibut al Pesto

 e Pignoli Pan seared halibut topped with a lemon pesto with pine nuts, baby red tomatoes, kalamata olives served with mashed  potatoes and vegetable.
